Noble Ghost Writing UK: The Legal Stuff

Welcome to Noble Ghost Writing UK. By using our site and services, you’re agreeing to these rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

These rules are our full agreement, which is between Noble Ghost Writing UK (the Company, we, us) and you (the Customer, you).

1. You agree to these Rules

When you order, pay, or use our site or services, it means you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

You have to be 18 or older to order anything from us. By ordering, you’re saying you’re old enough.

2. What We Do

We write, edit, and do related stuff. We want to give you great content that fits what you want.

  • How to Order: You can order on our site or by contacting us. We start once we get some payment.
  • Changes: We want you to be happy. We let you make changes to your order in the rounds we mentioned in the service description. You need to ask for these changes soon after we send you the initial draft. Also, changes need to be about what you asked for in the first place. If you want something too, we might charge you more.
  • Finished Product: We send everything as a Word file. After you get it, you can change it however you want.

3. How Much Things Cost

Prices are on our site and can change anytime. We can also stop selling a service anytime without telling you.

  • Paying: Payments are safe because a payment provider handles them. We don’t keep your card info.
  • Deals: Sometimes we might have sales. These deals have their own rules, and we can stop them whenever we want.

4. Getting Your Money Back

We want to do a good job. If you think we didn’t, you have rights under UK law.

  • Good Work: If what we send you isn’t what we agreed on, has mistakes, or copies someone else’s work, and we can’t fix it, then you might get some or all of your money back.
  • Asking for a Refund: You have to email us at info@nobleghostwriting.co.uk to ask for a refund.
  • When You Can Get a Refund: You have to let us try to fix the problem first. If we still can’t make it right, we’ll think about giving you a refund.
  • When You Can’t Get a Refund: If you just changed your mind or don’t like it for a reason that’s not our fault, you can’t get a refund.

We can say yes or no to a refund depending on these rules. These rules don’t take away the rights you have by law as a consumer.

5. Who Owns What

Once you pay us, you own everything we write for you.

  • You Own It: We give you all the rights to what we write. We don’t keep any rights. You’re the only owner.
  • Keep it Secret: We won’t tell anyone what you tell us or show them the stuff you give us.

6. What We're Not Responsible For

  • We don’t promise your writing will be a hit. We just write and edit.
  • We’re not responsible for any problems that come from using our services, like losing money or data.

7. The Laws That Rule

  • These rules are under the laws of England and Wales.
  • If there’s a disagreement, the courts in England and Wales will take care of it.

8. Rules Can Change

We can change these Terms anytime. The newest version will be on our site. If you keep using our services after we change the rules, you’re saying you agree to the new rules.
